Fall Shoe Clip Tutorial

>> Tuesday, October 26, 2010

I love fall accessories and I want to share this super cute and easy wool shoe clip tutorial with you!  These are fun for a fall night out and you can whip them up for cool Christmas presents too!

you'll need-
two strips of wool blend felt 5 in x 2 in
two strips of tulle 5 in x 2 in
two small strips of felt 1/2 in x 1 1/2 in
shoe clips (or clip on earring backs will work too)
hot glue

I know my friends love to dress up their tootsies so I'm making a bunch of these to give this season!

This is fantastic! But, why do you need the tulle?

Thanks! You don't "need" the tulle but it adds a softened vintage look...especially if you use dark tulle on a lighter wool. I just used brown and pumpkin colors as an example!

Where did you find the shoe clips? Really cute!

I love this idea! I especially love that you can take it off whenever you get sick of it. Sometimes I see tutorials where they hot glue something cute on their shoe, then they're stuck with that forever!! I like your idea way better!
